Learn essential microscopy techniques to identify different urine particles, understand their clinical significance, and enhance your diagnostic skills.
In this webinar, you will learn:
- Microscopy techniques for urine analysis;
- How to identify and differentiate between normal and abnormal urine particles to aid in diagnosis;
- How to interpret the clinical significance of different urine particles and their implications for patient health.
Dipstick urine tests combined with microscopic analysis of the urine sediment are among the most requested examinations in clinical laboratories worldwide.
Urine samples are analyzed extensively to evidence harmful changes caused by diseases.
These include diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract, as well as carbohydrate metabolism disorders and liver and hemolytic disorders.
Microscopic analysis of urine sediment continues to be the gold standard method for urine particle counts and identification.
In this webinar, learn how to use a microscope to identify urine particles, analyze their clinical significance, and interpret the findings that depend on the disease affecting the patient.
